Harit Saraswat: A Mission Driven by Truth

In a media ecosystem increasingly marred by noise and partisanship, one voice cuts through with conviction—Harit Saraswat. Not merely a journalist, but a reformist thinker, he stands for journalism that informs, empowers, and elevates. He recognized early the gaping need for authentic, fact-based reporting in India and took decisive action.

Bharat Puls News was born from this purpose—his response to a media climate veering away from the public good. This platform is more than a portal; it is a commitment to restore trust, accuracy, and civic relevance in journalism.

Early Life & Education

Harit Saraswat was born on 23 November 1994 in Nagar Pukhara, a modest village in Uttar Pradesh’s Badaun district. His family, deeply engaged in agriculture and dairy, grounded him in rural realities. As the eldest of three, he embraced responsibility early, showing a natural inclination toward learning and civic issues.

During his academic years, Harit witnessed how hard it was for ordinary citizens to access unbiased news. This frustration sowed the seeds of his future path—not just a career in journalism, but a calling to democratize information.

Turning Toward Journalism

Where others saw media as a business, Harit saw it as a force for truth. He rejected conventional career options, choosing journalism to bridge the growing gap between people and authentic news.

He was disillusioned by the growing erosion of journalistic integrity across newsrooms. Even public institutions like PIB occasionally exposed media inconsistencies. To challenge this decay, he founded Bharat Puls News—a platform designed to report what matters, not just what trends.

The Launch of Bharat Puls News

Amid a booming digital media landscape, Harit Saraswat laid the foundation for Bharat Puls News in December 2024. While the Hindi edition launched on 30 April 2025, the English version officially went live on 23 July 2025—extending the platform’s mission to deliver stories that show truth up close, not from a distance..

The tagline “Truth Seen Up Close” isn’t ornamental—it defines the platform’s ethos. Every report, every headline, aims to reconnect journalism with its people-focused roots.

Mission & Vision

To Harit, the media isn’t just a transmitter of updates. It’s an institution that molds public discourse. His lens is firmly fixed on areas often ignored by mainstream outlets—rural India, youth-led storytelling, and hyperlocal accountability.

With projects like Reader is Reporter, he has invited citizens to actively participate in journalism—turning everyday observers into active narrators of their own realities.

Looking Ahead

Harit Saraswat envisions Bharat Puls News as India’s most trusted digital news brand. His roadmap includes the launch of a print magazine, offering in-depth, research-based reporting on politics, economics, sports, and society—providing readers with context, not just headlines.

Message from the Founder

“Journalism isn’t my profession—it’s my responsibility. Through Bharat Puls News, I want to deliver news that is transparent, verified, and public-focused. My dream is to restore journalism’s integrity and its role as a cornerstone of democracy.”

Bharat Puls News: Journalism, Reimagined

Under Harit Saraswat’s leadership, Bharat Puls News is more than just a publication—it is a reform movement. It seeks to make journalism meaningful again, fearless again.

This platform is the embodiment of a belief: that truth deserves reach, not restraint. And that public interest must always come before profit or pressure.

In Conclusion

If you’re seeking journalism that values facts over fiction, integrity over influence, and people over politics—Bharat Puls News is that space. Here, reporting is not compromised. It is grounded. It is principled. And it is yours.
